Yes. Some departments may not respond depending on severity, but we recommend filing a police report immediately for any accident, theft, or vandalism.

What questions will I be asked when I call in an Auto Claim?

You’ll be asked for your name, phone, policy number, the incident date and time, location, vehicle details, police report number, and any injuries, witnesses, or passengers.

After an accident, how do I file a claim against the other driver?

Contact the other driver's insurance company. Provide their full name, policy number, date of the accident, and other details. Be ready to answer specific questions about the accident.

What should I do if I don't agree with the decision of my claim?

You can request an additional review or a second opinion from another adjuster. Contact your primary adjuster and provide any new evidence that supports your case.
