Eligibility

The Ticket Giveaway ('Sweepstakes') is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Adriana’s Insurance Services, Inc ('Sponsor'), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the online entry form available at adrianas.com/final-destination during the Sweepstakes Period, including your full name, email address, phone number, and acceptance of the Official Rules and Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per person

5. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 1:00 PM PST. on May 19, 2025 and ends at 12:00 AM PST on June 2, 2025 (the 'Sweepstakes Period'). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

6. Prizes

Five (5) prizes will be awarded:

• One (1) Fandango promotional code good towards the purchase of two movie tickets (up to $15 per ticket including ticket price and associated fees and charges, up to $30 total) to see Final Destination Bloodlines at Fandango partner theaters in the US.

Code must be entered at checkout. Code is void, and can no longer be used, if not redeemed by 6/30/25 or when Final Destination Bloodlines is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid in U.S. and D.C., excluding U.S. territories and where prohibited by law. If cost of movie tickets with Fandango’s associated fees and charges included is more than maximum value of the Code, then user must pay the difference. 7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 5 business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

Winner(s) will be notified by phone using the information provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond within 24 hours of initial notification, or if a notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California .

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California , without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
