No purchase, payment, or insurance policy bind of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or an insurance policy will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Adriana's Insurance Services, Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, or any corporate entities associated with the management of this promotion are strictly NOT eligible to enter or win.

3. How to Enter

There are three (3) primary ways to receive one (1) initial entry into the Sweepstakes:

• Online Quote Method: Visit adrianasinsurance.com and complete a full, valid online insurance quote.
• Phone/Walk-In Method: Complete a full, valid insurance quote over the phone by calling Adriana's Insurance or by visiting any official Adriana's Insurance physical office location in person.
• Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without obtaining a quote, hand-print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and age on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: LA Quarterfinal Soccer VIP Giveaway, 9445 Charles Smith Ave., Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.

4. How to Earn Additional Entries

Participants can earn additional entries into the drawing through the following methods:

• The Client Referral Method: Upon entering, participants will receive a unique promotional referral link. For each unique referral who clicks your link and successfully signs up for the promotion or completes a quote, the original referrer will receive one (1) additional bonus entry.
• The Free Referral Alternative: To earn additional entries without a referral link, hand-print the words "Bonus VIP Entry Request," along with your name and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to the address listed in Section 3. Each valid card received counts as one (1) additional entry.
• Entry Capping: There is a maximum limit of one thousand (1,000) total bonus referral entries per person, regardless of the method used to obtain them. Any entries attempted beyond this limit will be deemed void.

5. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes entry window officially closes on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 11:59 AM PST. Submissions or mail-in entries received after this precise cut-off time will not be eligible for the drawing.

6. Prize, VIP Experience & Non-Association Disclaimer

• The Prize: Two (2) premium VIP Hospitality tickets to the major international soccer tournament Quarterfinal match taking place on July 10, 2026, at Los Angeles Stadium.
• The VIP Experience: Tickets include excellent section seating with access to a premium hospitality lounge featuring hosted food and beverages. Please note: This prize consists of VIP stadium hospitality access and does NOT constitute a private stadium suite.
• Exclusions: Prize includes tickets and hospitality access only. Transportation, airfare, parking, local travel, meals outside the venue, and lodging are NOT included. The winner is entirely responsible for all travel coordination to and from Los Angeles Stadium.
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The total ARV for this prize package is $8,000.00. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the exact value of the prize.
• Disclaimer of Non-Association: This sweepstakes is strictly sponsored, promoted, and operated by Adriana's Insurance Services, Inc. 7. Winner Selection & Social Media Announcement

The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, following the close of the entry period.

• The Announcement: The winner will be announced publicly on the Sponsor's official social media channels on July 8, 2026. The Sponsor will also attempt to contact the selected winner directly via the phone number and email provided.
• The 24-Hour Claim Rule: The selected winner must respond to the Sponsor's notification and claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial social media announcement or contact attempt. If the winner fails to respond within 24 hours, cannot travel to the venue on July 10, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be fully forfeited, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

8. Publicity, Image, and Likeness Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Adriana's Insurance Services, Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and corporate entities associated with the management of this promotion a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, photo, video, and likeness for marketing purposes across all social channels, videos, and advertisements created before, during, or after the match day experience. The winner cannot request the removal of this content at a later date and acknowledges that no compensation will be provided.
